Claude Shaw is the Managing Partner of Egon Zehnder’s New York office and a member of the firm’s global Executive Committee. He has led our global Private Capital practice for several years, advising on senior fund- and portfolio-level talent needs for a broad range private capital and alternative asset investors.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Claude was a Senior Vice President at FBR & Co., a full-service investment banking firm. Previously, he was a Vice President with Watch Hill Partners, a merchant banking firm, where he focused on M&A advisory, private capital raising, and equity co-investments for corporate and private equity clients. Earlier, Claude served as Director of Acquisitions for Helkon Media, a global distributor and producer of major motion pictures.
Claude earned a BS from Georgetown and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
