Elena Rodighiero is active in Egon Zehnder’s Technology & Communications Practice Group, helping clients navigate their digital transformation journey. In addition, she advises clients on the relationships between culture, strategy, diversity and inclusion.

The interconnectedness of culture, strategy, and technology shapes the evolution of companies. I am passionate about helping leaders evaluate the implications on organizational performance through crucial human capital decisions.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Elena worked for Microsoft, Alstom (now General Electric), and Siemens. She earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and both an MS in Nuclear Engineering and a BS in Physics Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Italy.

Outside of work, Elena is a mentor for young professionals. A native of Italy, she is passionate about classical music, opera and ballet, and literature. She enjoys yoga, hiking in the mountains, skiing with her husband and their children, and simply having a good time with family and friends.
