Hélène Vérot is active in Egon Zehnder’s Technology & Communications and Services Practice Groups, with a particular focus on digital matters. She draws on her experience working in retail, ecommerce, and digital services to help clients solve leadership and organizational challenges.
As the world and leadership continue to change, my goal is to help individuals and organizations thrive in the future by questioning the status quo, challenging their conscious and unconscious biases, and contributing to shifting organizations for the betterment of the world.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Hélène held management roles at Amazon, notably leading the Prime program in France and as Head of Mass Advertising & Consumer Knowledge. She also worked at Webhelp, a leader in customer service and business process outsourcing, as a Key Account Director in the Telecommunications and in the Retail business units.
Hélène earned an MA in business economics from ESSEC Business School. She is also certified in psychometrics (16 PF and Hogan). Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and gets energy from swimming, hiking, and singing.
