Before joining Egon Zehnder, Cadu was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, advising consumer-sector clients on growth strategy, governance, and organizational change. He began his career in technology at Accenture.
Cadu earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from PUC-RJ. Outside of work, he is the proud father of three daughters and enjoys playing tennis, getting up to speed with the latest gadgets, and reading about philosophy, business ethics and big ideas that can change the way we live.
