Mikaela Sundberg, based in Stockholm, advises clients on Key Recruitments, Assessments and Development primarily within the Industrial and Services sectors, while being valued advisor to clients across multiple industries. With an international background and deep experience from Industry, Shipping and Supply Chain, Professional Services as well as Owner-led companies, she is particularly passionate about global trade and guiding business leaders through challenging transformations.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder Mikaela held a number of both commercial and operational leadership positions (COO, MD, CEO) within companies such as A.P Moller Maersk, PwC and within the Renewable Energy sector. She has also served as Managing Director / Trade Commissioner in Denmark, leading the Swedish Trade Office in Copenhagen.
Mikaela earned an MSc in Economics and Business administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and a CEMS Masters in International Management from the University of St Gallen. She grew up in Strasbourg, France, and now lives outside Stockholm with her husband and three school-aged boys with whom she enjoys outdoor activities and travelling.
