Francisco Sagredo believes that the best way to effect change at the macro level is to have highly capable, engaged, and empowered individuals in critical roles. Based in Toronto, he serves companies across the industrial and consumer sectors and is particularly active in Egon Zehnder’s Mining & Metals and Chief Financial Officer practices. Francisco has broad experience in executive search and in leadership assessment and development.
I enjoy getting to know people, companies, and industries and figuring out what makes them tick ― then matching them to what is needed to achieve large-scale positive change.
