Sarah leads the Calgary office and is a core member of Egon Zehnder’s Industrial Practice in Canada. As a trusted advisor to senior executives, she draws on her extensive experience in building strategies, driving change, and leading people within organizations. Sarah is passionate about developing leaders and enhancing team effectiveness to help organizations deliver on their strategic objectives.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Sarah spent five years at Enbridge as the Director of Corporate Strategy and Renewable Business Development, where she ran the strategic planning process with the Executive team and Board. She also led transformational programs in the Liquids Pipeline “LP” business and was a member of the LP Executive Management Team. Before Enbridge, Sarah had a long career in client service, most recently as a Principal within the Energy practice at Boston Consulting Group. Earlier in her career, she worked in corporate finance as both an investment banker and in turnaround-focused private equity across many industries in both the United States and Canada.
Sarah holds a BA in Economics and International Studies from Northwestern University. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, playing and coaching soccer, cooking and travelling.
