Jhaymee Tynan, based in Washington, D.C., is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s global Health Practice, with specialization in Finance and Human Resource (HR) Officers. She is a trusted advisor to clients helping them master complex leadership challenges while tapping the potential of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Jhaymee was an Assistant Vice President at Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina, with responsibilities that included large-scale post-merger integration. Earlier, she held a management role at Deloitte Consulting in Washington, D.C. focusing on business model transformation for the federal health system.
Jhaymee earned an MS in business from George Washington University, a BS in finance from Virginia Tech, and an MBA in general management from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. She is also board-certified in healthcare management as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Alongside her consulting work, Jhaymee serves on several boards, including the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) and the Emory Alumni Association.
She has also founded 100x2030™, a global career initiative devoted to increasing sponsorship of women of color in healthcare. Jhaymee has been recognized by Modern Healthcare as a Top 25 Emerging Leader and by Becker’s Healthcare as a Top African-American Leader in Healthcare to Know. To relax, she enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, and cat, and when she is not working, she enjoys cheering on Liverpool FC, reading, and travel.
