Patrick Robinson, based in Chicago, leads Egon Zehnder’s Services Practice in the United States and co-leads the segment globally. He advises private equity investors, as well as publicly traded and privately held companies across field-based services and broader outsourcing platforms on senior leadership decisions. He is also an active member of the Firm’s Private Capital group.

He has worked with organizations across a diverse set of ownership structures and business models within the services sector. Pat is known for combining rigorous execution with sound judgment and for building durable, long-term client relationships grounded in trust.
Pat earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame and later completed his MBA at Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. Outside of work, he enjoys endurance sports, cooking, following Chicago sports, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
