Joon Yoon, based in Dallas, is the global co-lead for Egon Zehnder’s Technology Officers Practice. He specializes in digital transformation for tech-enabled services. He focuses on board placements and senior executive hires, helping clients leverage technology to develop markets and boost their performance on a broad range of talent topics including executive assessment, executive development, organizational design, and succession planning. Joon’s extensive experience leading global change management programs has also made him a trusted advisor to clients in the midst of transformation.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Joon was a Senior Manager at Accenture, where he spent more than 12 years helping clients in high tech and education implement global strategy, operations, and technology programs. Earlier, he worked on fundraising initiatives and facilitated partnerships between the public and private sectors in Africa.
Joon earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University after completing a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, he sits on the board of the Kellogg Alumni DFW Club and gives pro bono advice to nonprofit organizations.
