Before joining Egon Zehnder, Stephanie served as North America Director of the Solutions Consulting Practice at LHH, where she led high-performing consulting teams and managed a portfolio of talent development solutions across a diverse set of clients. She previously held P&L responsibility for the Southern U.S. region as SVP, overseeing leadership development, coaching, and assessment offerings. Earlier in her career, Stephanie spent nearly a decade at Hay Group (now Korn Ferry), where she advised Fortune 500 clients on leadership strategy, led CEO succession planning initiatives, and managed global client relationships. She began her career in-house at The Home Depot as a leadership development consultant.
Stephanie holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University, an M.Ed. in psychometry from Georgia State University, and a B.A. in psychology from the University of Georgia. She is a certified executive coach that holds multiple certifications in leadership and personality assessments, including Hogan, Saville, DiSC, and Emotional & Social Competence tools. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys traveling with family and friends, attending concerts, and cheering on her alma mater at college football games. She is an active volunteer with her local animal shelter and fosters dogs for adoption.
