Based in Boston, Keren Latzer is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice, with a keen interest in Human Resources. She is a valued advisor to clients, leveraging her extensive management and counseling experience to help them find and develop talented individuals for key roles.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Keren was with McKinsey & Co. in London and Tel Aviv, initially as an Engagement Manager before advancing to Director of Learning in the People and Organizational Performance practice. Prior to this, she was a Strategy Manager at Bank Leumi.

Keren earned an MA in Russian and Hebrew from the University of Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD. Outside work she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three young children, exploring the great outdoors, and staying fit by running, biking and skiing.
