Based in Boston, Keren Latzer is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice, with a specialization in Human Resources. She works across executive search and leadership advisory, helping a range of established and scale-up companies to identify and onboard top external talent as well as retain and develop the internal talent needed to execute on company strategy. Keren works with her clients to define, embed and develop the leadership culture that will help their organization achieve its strategic objectives while also enabling feedback, individual development and transparency. Keren works across industry, in the United States and Israel.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Keren spent ten years with McKinsey & Co. in London and Tel Aviv, in their People and Organizational Performance practice, advising companies on talent strategies, organizational change and leadership development.
Keren earned an MA in Russian and Hebrew from the University of Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD.
