Max focuses on developing the talent pipeline for CEOs, General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Product leaders. He has been a critical leader in building the firm’s capability in Greenfield areas and developing talent. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Max gained experience at a variety of professional services companies.
Max earned a BA in politics and government from Ohio Wesleyan University. In his free time, Max enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and listening to podcasts, enjoying all forms of comedy and Chicago sports teams.
