Based in Paris, where he co-leads the Board Consulting Practice, Benoît helps energy, process-industries, and B2B service companies attract and develop their leadership at both executive and board levels. He has also developed strong ties in the Middle East as the founder and leader of Egon Zehnder’s Dubai office. Benoît is particularly active in the firm’s global CEO, Industrial, Digital, and Coaching practices.

Working around the world with diverse clients has always inspired Benoît. Before joining Egon Zehnder, he was a Project Manager in the United States and France as part of the Global Energy practice of Booz Allen & Hamilton. He also worked as a Location Manager for Schlumberger Wireline Services in Latin America.
Benoît earned an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, and engineering degrees from Paris’ Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and Ecole Polytechnique.
Benoît Duthu a rejoint Egon Zehnder à Paris en 1998. Il s’est initialement concentré sur le secteur de l’Energie et de l’Industrie, avant de fonder en 2004 notre bureau de Dubaï et coordonner nos activités sur la zone du Moyen Orient. Il a en conséquence exécuté un grand nombre de recherches internationales, ainsi que des grands programmes de développement, évaluation et gestion des talents. Il est aujourd’hui basé à Paris et se spécialise sur les secteurs de l’Industrie et des Services industriels. Il a géré de nombreuses missions pour les Conseils d’Administration de sociétés : Cac40, fonds d’investissement ou sociétés familiales. Il co-dirige notre practice gouvernance d’entreprise
Benoît était précédemment Chef de Projet chez Booz-Allen & Hamilton aux Etats-Unis et en France. Il a commencé sa carrière chez Schlumberger Wireline en Amérique du Sud.
Benoît est ancien élève de l’Ecole Polytechnique, diplômé des Ponts et Chaussées et détient un MBA de l’INSEAD.
