Clarisse Toutée is a Partner at Egon Zehnder, where she plays an active role in the firm’s Global Board Consulting and CEO Succession practices. She has been involved in numerous CEO and board member recruitment assignments, as well as board effectiveness reviews for large international groups, including CAC 40 and SBF 120 companies, as well as publicly owned and private enterprises across various sectors and geographies. Clarisse also leads Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services Practice in France (banking, insurance, asset management, private equity, real estate, and infrastructure), and is particularly active in executive and non-executive recruitment within those sectors. Additionally, Clarisse manages relationships with several major Egon Zehnder clients. Clarisse is deeply involved in executive search as well as Leadership Advisory: she has conducted many leadership development engagements in the fields of assessment, development, and coaching of senior executives and teams.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Clarisse worked in the Equity Capital Markets department at BNP Paribas and previously in the Strategy team at BNP Paribas (Office of the General Management). She began her career in M&A at Credit Suisse, working between Paris and London.
Clarisse holds a BA in Business Economics from ESSEC Business School, Paris (“Grande École” program). She is also certified and trained in various fields of coaching and individual development, including Hogan, 16PF, Immunity to Change, and Moebius programs.
