Clarisse Toutée has spent her career building long-term relationships with financial services (banking, asset management, insurance), real estate, and infrastructure clients. Based in Paris, she coleads Egon Zehnder’s French Wholesale/Investment Banking practice, helms the French Real Estate, Infrastructure and Chief Human Resources Officers practices, and contributes to the Private capital, Financial Officers and Board practices. Clarisse advises her clients at the C-suite and board levels. She is very involved in executive search as well as in talent management and leadership consulting, being an active member of the Executive Assessment and Development practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Clarisse was Vice President in the Equity Capital Markets team at BNP Paribas in Paris. Earlier, she was a part of the group CEO’s chief of staff team, in the BNP Paribas Strategy and Development department. Clarisse began her career in the mergers and acquisitions team of Credit Suisse.
Clarisse earned an MA in business economics from ESSEC Business School in Paris. She is passionate about diversity and empowering women in leadership. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, boxing, sailing, playing tennis, going to the opera, and watching cinema classics such as the films of Luchino Visconti, Francis Ford Coppola, and Claude Sautet.
