Inge Berneke, based in Copenhagen, advises private and public sector clients on international talent strategy, board governance, CEO succession, and diversity and inclusion. She previously served as Orange’s Head of Country Product Management and Head of Programme Office in Denmark. Earlier, Inge was a Manager at Accenture, based in London. She started her career as a Diplomat in the Danish Foreign Service.

Inge earned an MA in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen, a DEA in International Relations from Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris, and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Inge is an active speaker on diversity and inclusion topics and has published a book on female leadership.
