As the role of the board has expanded, so has the need for continuing development for corporate directors. Shareholders and society expect much more from boards of directors and there is a growing demand from senior executives for their boards to provide judgment and wisdom on how to continuously improve, taking advantage of global and technological opportunities while avoiding traps and ensuring growth and sustainability.

For board chairs

There is also customized development for board chairs, who must be masters of complexity and “meaning makers” skilled in advocating and balancing an array of different stakeholders.
