Connect With Me

Pamela Warren, based in Toronto, has deep expertise in leadership best practices, CEO succession, and board recruitment and effectiveness. Pamela also serves as the Co-Leader of the Firm’s Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council.

I love listening to clients’ or candidates’ stories, understanding what makes them unique, and helping them have a meaningful impact. I also love the variety of our work and that it allows me to continually learn and grow.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Pamela held general management, business development, and global marketing roles at Mead Johnson Nutritionals, a consumer division of Bristol Myers Squibb. Pamela began her career as a retail buyer at Bloomingdale’s and in product management at Mars.

Pamela has a BA in political science and French from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management. She regularly speaks on evolving talent trends in the boardroom at the University of Toronto Rotman School’s Director Education Program. She also sits on two nonprofit boards, manages her son’s basketball team, and is an aspiring golfer, cook, and gardener.
