Unlocking Chair and Board Potential Program

In times of complexity, more is expected; chairs must find new ways to unlock potential in themselves and around the table.

• A focused 3-day intensive, followed by mentorship, aimed at serving chairs or chair elects—helping them to prepare for board roles and to steward the boards they serve (max 18 people).
• Small-group, multicompany discussions enable participants to share views and experiences. Using the lens of systemic intelligence, participants explore board dynamics, cultural trends, and leadership challenges.
• Post‑intensive, EZ facilitates virtual cohort gatherings to support continued learning, experimentation, and integration.
• The program aims to advance boardroom excellence by deepening self-awareness, relational depth, and leadership capacity in board environments in an age of increasing complexity.
