Dan Petrossi, based in Boston, co-leads the firm’s Global Marketing and Sales practice and is active across Egon Zehnder’s Technology & Communications, Software, and Services practices. Dan is a trusted advisor to clients on recruiting individuals for executive roles where revenue and customer growth is the primary objective including those of Customer Success Leader, Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, President and CEO.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Dan was Chief Revenue Officer of RallyPoint, the largest social and professional network for the military community. That was preceded by leadership roles in management consulting, where Dan was responsible for selling and delivering global CRM transformations while at Accenture. Dan began his career at Sales Research Institute, selling and delivering the Science of Selling methodology to Global Fortune 500 companies.
Dan earned a BA in economics from the University of Florida and an MBA from Babson College. Outside work, he is active in community service as a Little League Baseball and youth basketball coach.
