Jason Jia, based in Shanghai, is a Partner of Egon Zehnder and currently leads Egon Zehnder’s Consumer Practice in Greater China. He is active in advising consumer goods (both FMCG and durable), retail, e-Commerce, fashion, and real estate. Meanwhile, he also leads Egon Zehnder’s retail practices in the area on both senior-level executive search and leadership assessment.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Jason was the Commercial Director for Michelin in China, where he developed new product and service solutions for large accounts. Prior to that, he was a Project Manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, serving state-owned enterprises, private Chinese companies, and multinationals in the energy and chemical sectors. Jason launched his career at Caltex, with a focus on developing the retail business in Asia.
Jason earned a Bachelor of Engineering in materials science, a bachelor’s degree in English from the East China University of Science and Technology, and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Outside of work, he loves playing with his daughter, cooking with friends, and scuba diving.

加入亿康先达之前，郏晓宇担任米其林（中国）投资有限公司卡客车集团客户部的商务总监，负责中国大型公交客户和物流客户，为他们提供新型产品及服务解决方案。此前，他是罗兰贝格国际管理咨询公司咨询团队的项目经理，为跨国公司及中国大型国企、民企提供咨询服务。早年，郏晓宇职业起步于加德士亚洲公司，任加油站业务拓展职务。
郏晓宇是位于法国枫丹白露的INSEAD欧洲工商管理学院MBA、华东理工大学材料科学工程学士、英语学士。工作之余，他喜欢陪伴女儿、和友人一起烹饪、以及潜水。
