Dominika Muchorska

Dominika, based in the Warsaw office, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services and Private Capital Practice Groups. She brings extensive experience in financial institutions, as well as transactions across Central and Eastern Europe. Throughout her professional life, Dominika has found passion for building teams, mentoring young talent and advising start-ups on business model issues.

I enjoy projects where I can go beneath the surface of things and unleash leaders’ true potential and leverage their authentic selves. I deeply believe that better leadership creates better future not only for companies, but also for the greater society.

Before joining the Firm, Dominika was responsible for international expansion and M&A transactions at PZU, the largest insurance and banking group in Central and Eastern Europe. She started her career at Lehman Brothers in London, advising clients across different industries and geographies.

During her personal time, she enjoys travelling, playing golf, and spending time with her husband and three sons.
