When you stand at a crossroads in your professional life, intensive personalized guidance can help you find your way.

Together with Mobius Executive Leadership, we offer an immersive retreat and coaching experience for an individual C-level leader seeking guidance on transition, decision making, or ways to unlock their highest leadership potential. The program consists of a bespoke 2-day retreat complemented with  6 months–1 year of ongoing coaching support.

Short, structured, highly experiential modules allow participants to reflect on their strengths, values, and professional journey in a high-touch, confidential environment. These sessions are entirely private, customized to the specific vocational, professional and relational needs of the attendees. 

The participant experiences undivided attention from senior transformation faculty. Ongoing support is offered by a dedicated Development Advisor—an experienced Egon Zehnder practitioner who accompanies a leader on their development journey.  

The goal is to enhance self-awareness and leadership effectiveness at a unique inflection point in a career. The program helps executives who want to envision the next chapter of their personal and professional lives; they leave with personalized tools, strategies, and roadmaps.

Egon Zehnder and Mobius development journeys are customized to roles, contexts, and careers, but share fundamental principles: upgrading leaders’ repertoires; changing how they see their roles; and unlocking potential to allow them to embrace new ways of being. They are experiential, intimate, and oriented towards accessing adaptive mindsets.
