Expansión – Multinationals Raise the Bar for Boards in Spain
Boards are the focus of Spain’s new regulatory framework with a focus on professionalisation, transparency and independence, reports Spain’s business daily Expansión. Spanish companies are starting to feel the impact of multinationals, adds the newspaper. The growing presence of global players acts as "a boost, in that they add value and generally raise awareness," explains Egon Zehnder consultant Luis Carvajal.
