多元与包容

如今,赢得竞争的成功组织始终在做两件事:招募最杰出的人才,树立具有创新精神的文化。两者都有赖于多元与包容。招募最优秀的人才意味着无论在哪儿发现他们,你都要去招募,即便那是你传统上不屑一顾的领域。而在多元团队中互相激荡的思想正是点亮创新的火花。

这就是为什么今天的许多企业都将加强其董事会和管理团队的种族和性别多元化列为重点工作。不过,虽有良好意愿,但光靠老一套的人才管理战略是无法实现多元化的。亿康先达的多元化委员会与各行业各地区的客户合作,运用行之有效的系统性方法来建设多元人才梯队。我们的专属潜力模型有助于判明那些未必满足所有条件的人才,但他们身上依然具备发展为高影响力领导人所必需的个人素质。接着,通过有的放矢的人才纵览、与Mobius高管领导力学院联合制定的领导力开发方案,我们帮助首席执行官和首席人力资源官们加快这些领导人才的发展。我们构建多元化领导团队的经验向上延伸到组织的最高层,在CEO和首席级高管继任流程中纳入多元化人才实践,并帮助董事会提名委员会判明董事会席位的多样人选。然而,没有包容精神的多元化是没有意义的。亿康先达开发了一种叫做“包容度“的能力特征,它涵盖了一系列指标,例如理解多样化观点和创立包容性文化的能力。为了在更广泛的层面支持包容文化,我们帮助组织评估其相关项目,确保他们吸收最佳实务、并避免坠入可能无意中破坏构建多样化组织努力的陷阱。
