Meghan Ricci, based in Boston, is active across Egon Zehnder’s Technology and Communications Practice. A seasoned consultant, she focuses mainly on helping clients master innovation challenges in technology, communications, industrial products, financial services, education, and the public sector. Meghan is respected for the sound advice she provides to a wide range of companies – from startups to multibillion-dollar corporations across industries – for dealing with leadership and organizational issues as they pertain to innovation and technology. Her focuses include product development and management, customer experience, cross-functional collaboration and innovation approaches.

I’m passionate about helping clients crack their toughest innovation challenges and learn to drive leadership in today’s constantly changing business environment.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Meghan served as a Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (PwC) Innovation & Development advisory practice. Prior to PwC, Meghan consulted on innovation for PRTM Management Consultants. Earlier in her career, Meghan held the role of Program Analyst at Strategic Analysis, Inc.

Meghan earned a BA in Anthropology, French and Spanish from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
