Benjamin (Ben) Lüpschen, based in Duesseldorf, is a trusted advisor to leaders in large global corporations and the German Mittelstand, mainly in consumer, digital and process industries. Furthermore, he is passionate about innovative and fast-growing start-ups, due to his own entrepreneurial background. His work focuses on executive search and succession planning as well as working with management teams on building purposeful cultures and organizations.

The key contributors to a company’s success are its leaders and culture. I enjoy helping my clients to make a real difference here.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Benjamin cofounded and later successfully exited Innosquared, a globally active provider of knowledge services. As the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, he was responsible for the company’s topline growth. Prior to that, Benjamin held a leadership role in the Group Strategy Unit at Henkel while doubling as the assistant to that company’s CEO. Earlier in his career, Benjamin worked as an in-house consultant in France, Sweden, and the U.K.

Benjamin earned a Diplom-Kaufmann business degree from the University of Cologne and a master’s in international management (MIM/CEMS) from HSG in St. Gallen, Switzerland and the University of Cologne. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, and skiing.
