Rebecca Spaulding is a key member of Egon Zehnder’s Leadership Advisory and Financial Services groups. She partners closely with clients to solve their most critical talent needs and maximize the potential of the talent in their organizations. She has extensive experience in team coaching, executive assessment, C-suite succession planning, and human capital systems. She is passionate about helping leaders and their teams navigate an ever-changing world and reach a level of sustainable high performance. Rebecca has been a trusted advisor to some of the world’s largest institutions in the financial services, industrial, and professional services sectors. She is certified as a team coach and in several psychometric tools.

Before becoming an Egon Zehnder consultant, Rebecca served as the Firm’s Global Leadership Advisory Specialist, a role in which she co-led shaping the group’s strategy and operations across the firm. Earlier in her career, she conducted clinical psychology research at Yale University.
Rebecca graduated summa cum laude from Yale with a BS in cognitive science. She was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society and received the Crowder Award for conducting especially novel research. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys crossword puzzles, boxing, and live music events in New York City.
