Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Louise was a Director of Business Design & Strategy at Fabernovel in Paris, a leading innovation consulting agency. Before that she was based in London and a manager responsible for European strategy and optimization at Braintree, a PayPal owned payments platform. Earlier, Louise worked in New Delhi, India as a brand manager with HCL Technologies, a global IT services company

Louise has a BA in English literature and history from La Sorbonne. and an MBA from INSEAD.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys spending time with her husband and young son as well as her friends. She is passionate about literature and has a keen interest in contemporary art.
