Subsequently, he was a Vice President with The Atlantic Group, focusing on principal investments in emerging markets, and Director of Strategy & Business Development at Viacom, focused on the company's international acquisitions.

Albert earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Master's Degree in Economic Policy from Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs, and an AB in Politics from Princeton University.
