Cristina Manterola, based in Santiago, Chile, is very active in Egon Zehnder’s Leadership Advisory practice, serving clients by leveraging her deep expertise in corporate governance, CEO succession, and organizational talent search and development. She is also a committed member of the Firm’s Digital and Diversity & Inclusion practices.

I love discussing with leaders how to transform their organizations and achieve their full potential and aims by strengthening their teams and developing their people.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Cristina was an Associate at McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategy and operations for clients across multiple industries.

Cristina earned a BS in astronomy and an MS in engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and an MBA from the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra in Spain. She helped create a nonprofit institution called AptusChile that develops and disseminates innovative new teaching methods and has had a major impact on education in Chile. Outside work, Cristina is a devoted mother of three small children and enthusiastic about sailing and skiing.
