Cristina Manterola, based in Santiago, is actively involved in Egon Zehnder’s Diversity and Inclusion Council. She supports clients with executive searches, consulting on leadership and corporate governance, and helps with digital transformation, with a particular focus on the services (including financial services) and consumer sectors.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Cristina was a Santiago-based Consultant at McKinsey & Company focusing on strategy, operations, and engagements across multiple industries.
Cristina earned a BS in astronomy and an MS in engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and an MBA from the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra in Spain. She helped create a nonprofit institution called AptusChile that develops and disseminates innovative new teaching methods and has had a major impact on education in Chile. Outside work, Cristina is a devoted mother of two small children and enthusiastic about sailing, skiing, and other outdoor sports.
