Together with Mobius Executive Leadership, we offer a focused 3-day Intensive, followed by mentorship, aimed at serving chairs or chair elects—helping them to prepare for board roles and to steward the boards they serve for a cohort of up to 18 people.
Small-group, multicompany discussions enable participants to share views and experiences. Using the lens of systemic intelligence, participants explore board dynamics, cultural trends, and leadership challenges in real time.
