Anna Vichniakova Egon Zehnder, London
Anna Vichniakova, based in London, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Healthcare, Industrial and Services practices. A major focus of her work is providing direct, personal support to newly appointed senior executives to help them move smoothly into their new roles. Anna came to Egon Zehnder after a longstanding career with Boston Consulting Group in London, where she was a Principal working in healthcare and technology. During her time at BCG she supported major pharmaceutical companies with postmerger integration and provided advice on strategy, operating models and organizational design, change management and client enablement in R&D and both commercial and global functions. Anna has a strong interest in global health: she was seconded to the World Economic Forum’s health team. Prior to BCG, she worked in Hewlett-Packard’s advisory unit and at Sportal, a sports media website.
Anna earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Moscow International University and then moved to the U.S. to attend Dartmouth College, where she completed an MA in Liberal Arts. She later returned to the Tuck School of Business for her MBA.
