Egon Zehnder Announces Key Leadership Appointment for Atlanta Office

Grant Clayton Assumes Role as Atlanta Office Leader

NEW YORK, March 27, 2015 – Egon Zehnder, the world’s leading privately-owned executive search and talent management consulting firm, today announced that Grant Clayton has assumed leadership of the firm’s Atlanta office. Mr. Clayton currently serves as a leader in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Officers Practice focusing on the industrial and technology industries, as well as private equity clients across sectors.

“Since joining Egon Zehnder in 2011, Grant has proven to be a critical component of the success of the Atlanta office and instrumental in helping drive the growth of our Financial Officers Practice,” said Greig Schneider, US Managing Partner at Egon Zehnder. “We are excited to welcome Grant to his new role and are confident that he will lead the Atlanta office into further success.”

Previously, Mr. Clayton served as a partner and member of the investment committee at CHB Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in middle-market investments across a variety of industries. Prior to that, Mr. Clayton was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, based in Atlanta and Johannesburg, and earlier worked at CS First Boston in Los Angeles.

Mr. Clayton earned a BA, summa cum laude, from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He serves on the Board of Directors of CanGen, Inc., a specialty manufacturing company.
