Yan Lu is Partner of Egon Zehnder based in Shanghai. She brings rich business experience and deep developmental expertise in advising senior executive team. She serves both multinational corporations and Chinese companies at global level through their transformation and growth. Yan is passionate and active in Egon Zehnder’s CEO Succession, Executive and Senior Leadership Development, and Board Consulting practices. She is helping the clients build senior leadership team effectiveness, organizational culture and coach individual development throughout their business transformation.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Yan was Managing Director of Fire & Security for United Technologies in China. She started her career in Canada with General Electric, spending more than a decade in Canada and US, developing global markets for GE industrial business. Later, she returned to China leading Beijing Olympics Programs and then became President of GE Security in China.
Yan holds a Master of Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and a graduate of Executive Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Outside of work, she enjoys scuba diving and interior designs.

加入亿康先达之前，陆雁是UTC联合技术消防安防公司中国区董事总经理。职业生涯之初，她在通用电气(GE)加拿大公司任职，在加拿大和美国工作十多年，负责拓展GE工业的全球市场。此后，她回到中国领导GE的北京奥运会项目，随后担任GE安防公司大中华区总裁。
陆雁是加拿大多伦多大学工业工程硕士，也是美国弗吉尼亚大学达顿商学院高管研修毕业生。她是心理测评、团队发展引导和变革免疫力(ITC)体系的认证专家。闲暇时，她爱好潜水和室内设计。
