Daniela Niederhofer is a consultant at Egon Zehnder’s Leadership Advisory practice group in Munich, specializing in leadership and team development. Drawing on her background as a systemic and integral coach, she supports leaders and organizations by designing tailored development programs, including team workshops, coaching, and long-term initiatives. Daniela is also a member of the Tech & AI Practice, leveraging her experience in strategy consulting and the tech startup environment.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Daniela worked as a Senior Manager in in-house Consulting at eGym, where she led a range of strategic initiatives within a fast-growing technology environment. Earlier in her career, she was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, working on strategy and organizational development projects primarily within the industrial and financial services sectors.
Daniela holds a double Bachelor of Arts in Law and Economics from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, an MSc in Marketing & Strategy from Warwick Business School, and completed Mandarin language studies at Beijing Language and Culture University. She is a certified integral development coach with additional credentials in systemic coaching, organizational development, and leadership diagnostics. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, permaculture gardening, surfing, and exploring traditional Chinese medicine.

Zu Beginn ihrer Karriere war sie als Beraterin bei der Boston Consulting Group tätig und arbeitete an Strategie-und Organisationsentwicklungsprojekten, vor allem in den Bereichen Industrie und Finanzdienstleistungen.
Daniela hat einen Doppel-Bachelor of Arts in Rechtswissenschaften und Wirtschaftswissenschaften von der Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, einen MSc in Marketing & Strategie von der Warwick Business School und absolvierte ein Mandarin-Sprachstudium an der Beijing Language and Culture University. Sie ist zertifizierte Integral Development Coachin mit zusätzlichen Qualifikationen in systemischem Coaching, Organisationsentwicklung und Führungsdiagnostik. Außerhalb der Arbeit genießt sie Wandern, Permakultur-Gärtnern, Surfen und das Erkunden der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin.
