Jodie Zimmerman Frenkiel Egon Zehnder, Montreal
Jodie Zimmerman Frenkiel, based in Montreal, advises leading Canadian and global companies on leadership challenges and search opportunities. She works with public, family-owned and private-equity backed organizations on talent-related issues that include succession planning, executive search, assessment & development and accelerated integration. Jodie serves clients across a variety of sectors, with special focuses on consumer, healthcare and financial services.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Jodie served as Principal at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In that role she was initially based in Toronto and New York City before moving to Montreal to cofound a new office there. Her consulting practice focused on strategic, organizational, sales and marketing-related issues faced by multinational B2C enterprises in multiple sectors.
Jodie is very community-minded: she cofounded and co-chairs Stroll for Kids, an annual fundraiser for the Montreal Children’s Hospital. She also serves on the board of Pro-Montreal Entrepreneurs, an organization that provides debt financing and mentorship to promising Montreal-based start-ups.
Jodie earned a BA in biology and economics from Queen's University in Canada, graduating from both programs with the Gold Medal for the highest grade point average. She then completed an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management, which she attended as a Siebel Scholar.
