Jodie Zimmerman Frenkiel advises leading Canadian and global consumer, health-care, and financial services companies on leadership challenges. Based in Montreal, she helps public, family-owned, and private-equity-backed organizations tackle succession planning, assessment and development, and accelerated integration.

I am blessed to be able to help candidates navigate their careers and help clients build top-notch leadership teams. I strive to make my community a better place for my children.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Jodie served as Principal at the Boston Consulting Group. In that role, she focused on strategic, organizational, sales, and marketing-related issues at multinational business-to-consumer enterprises.

Jodie earned a BA in biology and economics from Queen’s University in Canada, graduating from both programs with the Gold Medal for the highest grade point average. She then completed an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management, which she attended as a Siebel Scholar. Jodie cofounded and cochairs Stroll for Kids, an annual fundraiser for the Montreal Children’s Hospital, and she serves on the board of Pro-Montreal Entrepreneurs, an organization that supports promising local start-ups.
