Leticia Llordén brings more than 17 years of experience working closely with leading international and domestic financial institutions. She spent the first stage of her career at Goldman Sachs in London advising Spanish banks in their risk management operations, capital structuring and debt market issuance (FICC Derivatives & Debt Capital Markets, FIG).
I thrive on building trusting relationships with the leaders that we advise and aim to solve their talent issues together as partners. The ability to help create value and positively impact their lives and organizations gives me great joy.
Since joining Egon Zehnder, Leticia has led the Financial Services practice in Spain, being based in Madrid. An expert in executive search, assessment, and leadership consulting, she also collaborates with other practices of the firm such as Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. She brings extensive experience in the selection and evaluation of senior executives for Spanish companies in other geographies and advising companies in the preparation of succession plans and executive development processes.
Leticia holds a degree in Business Administration from ICADE and an Executive MBA from IE Business School. She has three young children (Ricardo, Rafa and Julieta) and a numerous extended family, and enjoys doing activities with them in her free time (whatever keeps them entertained!). She is passionate about theory related to human behaviours, psychology, neurodiversity, and the development of children with special needs. She is currently undertaking an external coaching certification (Meyler Campbell) and is on the faculty of training programmes for Egon Zehnder future partners.
