Diversity Initiatives

Diverse and inclusive leaders create a better world where individuals and organizations not only grow, they thrive.

Egon Zehnder’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) Commitment

We at Egon Zehnder passionately believe that diverse and inclusive leaders are able to create a better world where individuals and organizations not only grow; they thrive.

As a truly global and equal partnership, we deeply value each of our colleagues who collectively bring true diversity in many forms including gender identity, ethnicity, cognitive and physical ability, sexual orientation, and career experience. We respect and care for one another, continually striving to create a workplace where individuals feel they belong.

We embrace our own DEI commitments, challenging ourselves to always do better. We partner with organizations who share our ambition. Our commitment to clients and candidates is to provide advice and solutions that mirror our own passion for diversity and inclusion. We do this by building and nurturing open relationships. We challenge bias, we look beyond labels and stereotypes, and we focus on potential alongside existing skills and experience. Most of all, we bring diverse thinking and perspective to every engagement and every client team.

We champion diversity and inclusion…because the world needs great leaders.

Our Leaders & Daughters Event Series

Leaders & Daughters gives voice to both the current generation of leaders and the rising female stars of the next generation. Our global events series sparks conversations among top level leaders and their daughters and mentees, with the goal of exploring their professional opportunities, challenges, successes and obstacles. We hope to learn how generations might unite to create positive change.

Since our first Leaders & Daughters event in London in 2015, we have expanded our program to as many as 40 events in one year. Many of the events run in March in conjunction with International Women’s Day. We hope that these important conversations will help to create more opportunities for the female leaders of tomorrow.

LGBTQ+ at Egon Zehnder: Our Commitment and Responsibility

We at Egon Zehnder passionately believe that diverse and inclusive leaders are able to create a better world where individuals and organizations not only grow; they thrive. It is central to our core values and fundamental belief that organizations deliver better performance when diverse voices are heard and individuals feel they belong. For this reason, we have created a global LGBTQ+ and allies community, created to celebrate, support, empower, and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community within Egon Zehnder. ez+ is a place for anyone in the firm who identifies as LGBTQ+, gender nonconforming, and also anyone who identifies as an LGBTQ+ ally to come together, support each other, and explore the many ways to promote equality and diversity inside and outside of Egon Zehnder.
