California Consumer Privacy Act

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) gives California residents the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information, as defined in the CCPA. The CCPA’s broad definitions of the terms “sale” and “personal information” may include certain sharing of California residents’ personal information in their role as potential candidates within Egon Zehnder’s (“we”, “us” or “our”) executive search assignments for prospective employers.

In order to be able to identify you, it is required that you provide us with your full name and a valid email address, given that we have an email address on file for most individuals in our database. This also allows us to provide you with a confirmation that your request is or has been processed, or to contact you if we have questions about your request and/or to verify your identity if we are uncertain that data we hold pertains to you. Since we sometimes have multiple, separate records for single individuals with the same name, we encourage you to submit the name of your current or prior employer as well. We will use the information you provide us with only to fulfil and respond to your request.
