Kiné Seck leads Egon Zehnder’s Sofware practice in EMEA and is a core member of the global Technology & AI practice. She brings particular expertise with PE clients, founder led Tech businesses, Software / SaaS, and Tech clients at large. She guides clients with CEO successions, tailored strategic introduction programs (chairs, non-executive directors, C-levels) and leadership advisory. She also leads the Founders & Family Businesses practice in France.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Kiné held strategy, marketing, and commercial management roles at Orange in Europe and Africa.
Kiné has a master’s from Institut Mines-Telecom and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is also certified in psychometrics tests (Hogan and 16PF). In her spare time, she volunteers with several nonprofit organizations, including the French club XXI, which promotes board and executive diversity. She was in former Ministry Elisabeth Moreno’s advisory board, advising her on diversity in the private sector. She also mentors young adults.
