Based in Milan, Fabrizio D’Eredità has made a career out of helping companies transform their business and operating models, shift their cultural mindset, and build new leadership skills. He provides executive search and coaching services and assesses management quality and team effectiveness for consumer-focused and technology companies. Fabrizio is active in Egon Zehnder’s Consumer, Digital, CEO, Chief Marketing Officer, and Executive Assessment and Development practices.

Before coming to Egon Zehnder, Fabrizio headed a business unit of Google Italy that supported large clients in their digital journey by leveraging Google technologies and platforms. Prior to that, he was a Partner in the consumer products practice of Bain & Company, where he spent about 16 years helping and advising clients on global business transformation programs.
Fabrizio earned an MSc in industrial engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago. He is passionate about technology and has served on the advisory boards of several startups. Fabrizio is a devoted husband and the father of four children who enjoys music and reading.
