Based in Milan, Fabrizio D’Eredità has made a career out of helping companies transform their business and operating models, shift their cultural mindset, and build new leadership skills. He provides executive search and coaching services and assesses management quality and team effectiveness for consumer-focused and technology companies. Fabrizio is active in Egon Zehnder’s Consumer, Digital, CEO, Chief Marketing Officer, and Executive Assessment and Development practices.

Before coming to Egon Zehnder, Fabrizio headed a business unit of Google Italy that supported large clients in their digital journey by leveraging Google technologies and platforms. Prior to that, he was a Partner in the consumer products practice of Bain & Company, where he spent about 16 years helping and advising clients on global business transformation programs.

Fabrizio earned an MSc in industrial engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago. He is passionate about technology and has served on the advisory boards of several startups. Fabrizio is a devoted husband and the father of four children who enjoys music and reading.

Fabrizio D’Eredità, who is based in Milan, mainly works in our Consumer and High-Tech Practices. He is a valuable asset for companies that stress innovation, organizational agility, commercial effectiveness and customer centricity. Fabrizio is also active in executive search and our Executive Assessment and Development Practice, where he specializes in management appraisal, executive coaching, and team effectiveness.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Fabrizio was a Partner in the Consumer Product practice of Bain & Company where he spent about 16 years serving clients worldwide. His activities included running global growth programs on strategy, business development and organization. Then he switched to Google Italy to head a business unit that designed and implemented business model transformations for large strategic customers, with a special focus on digital marketing. He is passionate about technology and has served on the advisory boards of several startups and supported incubation and acceleration programs for high-potential new ventures.

Fabrizio earned an MSc in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.
