Based in Singapore, Peak Tan works with industrial clients on their Asia Pacific leadership transformation. She is also the HR functional lead in the region.

Previously, Peak was the Chief of Fleet Ops with Ohmium, a US-based hydrogen electrolyzer startup, ahead of its Series-C funding. In this role, Peak helped scale the global footprint of the remote monitoring and field maintenance business to customer sites across 4 different countries. Before that, she held the role of Principal at Porsche Consulting in Shanghai, developing smart mobility strategies and partnerships in China. Prior, she also led the Global Sourcing for SunEdison, partnering with global suppliers to develop renewable energy technology roadmaps for driving cost parity. That was preceded by the role of VP of Asset Management at Mubadala in Singapore, Abu Dhabi and the U.S. Earlier, Peak was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Co. in China and Hong Kong working across a variety of industries. She began her career as a section head at AVX in the U.S., Mexico and Malaysia.
Peak earned a BSc in materials science and engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management of Erasmus University. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa and Fujian.
