Stephanie Levitt advises Canadian and global healthcare, biopharma and consumer healthcare companies on talent and leadership. Stephanie focuses on building and developing best in class leadership teams and boards for both public and private capital owned businesses. In addition to executive and board recruitment, Stephanie partners with her clients on succession planning, team effectiveness and executive assessment and development programs. She has a particular expertise in working with organizations leading large-scale transformations.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Stephanie built a career at Deloitte in Boston and Nashville, where she focused on global organizational transformations across the healthcare industry, with a focus on biopharma and life sciences.
Stephanie earned a BS in Biology and Psychology at Queen’s University in Canada. She then completed a Masters of Education at Vanderbilt University, Peabody College, in Nashville focused on leadership and organizational performance. Originally from Toronto, Stephanie enjoys travelling and spending time with her two sons, husband and beagle.
