Based in London, Sophie co-leads Egon Zehnder’s EMEA Consumer Practice and brings deep experience in CEO succession, C-suite and Board succession projects. She is also a seasoned Executive Coach with extensive experience in leadership development work. Her clients include quoted and private equity-backed companies as well as family businesses. She co-founded and led the firm’s global Retail, Apparel and Luxury Practice Group from 2009-2019. Sophie is a trusted advisor to Boards, CEOs, CFO’s and CHRO’s on succession projects as well as on individual and team leadership development projects. Her clients include publicly listed, private equity-backed and family businesses.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Sophie was Director of Marketing and Business Development for Stella McCartney. Previously, she worked as a Marketing Director in roles with the LVMH Group and the Richemont Group. In her early career, Sophie held a variety of brand management positions with Revlon.
Sophie has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in economics from Barnard College at Columbia University.
