Based in Paris, Mathilde Cazenave co leads the European Consumer, Retail, Apparel, Luxury Practices at Egon Zehnder and advises clients in consumer goods and retail. With passion for omnichannel and sustainability transformation, Mathilde specializes in executive and non-executive search as well as in leadership assessment and development. She is a valued consultant to international corporations, family-owned and medium-sized companies.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Mathilde was Senior Vice President of Retail and Franchise for Europe and the Middle East at Marc Jacobs International. Earlier, she spent a decade at Louis Vuitton and at LVMH’s fashion division, spanning retail operations, finance, and corporate strategy. Mathilde began her career at the Boston Consulting Group, where she focused on the consumer goods and retail industries.
Mathilde has an MA in business economics with a major in finance from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris. When not working, she enjoys design, contemporary art, and gatherings with friends and family.
