Hélène Reltgen is a Senior Partner at Egon Zehnder. She has led the Global Technology & Communications Practice for many years and founded the Global Digital Practice. She coordinates the relationship with several large Egon Zehnder clients. Hélène is a core member of the Global Private Capital, CEO Succession and Board Advisory Practices and participated in numerous consulting assignments for companies undergoing deep transformation, multinationals as well as portfolio companies. She has led numerous change management projects across sectors in context of business model disruption, mergers and acquisitions, and cultural, organizational and digital transformation. These projects also include successions of CEOs, coaching leaders and developing leadership team dynamics at Board and Executive levels.

I try to find and help develop leaders who will give greater purpose to their teams and organizations.

Prior joining Egon Zehnder, Hélène Reltgen was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company in Paris and beforehand a Financial Analyst with Morgan Stanley International in London.

Hélène graduated from ESSEC (1990) and from Harvard Business School (MBA 1995). She is also certified and trained in various fields of coaching and individual development (Hogan, PF16, MBTI, Immmunity to Change, Moebius Green Belt…).

Hélène is Honorary Chairwoman of the Harvard Business School Club of France. She has been independent Board member of listed technology company AlphaMOS and chair of its Nomination & Compensation Committee. She is an engaged contributor to a number of pro bono causes including diversity and art.

Hélène Reltgen est Directeur Associé Senior chez Egon Zehnder, qu’elle a rejoint en 1999. Elle dirige la Practice Technologie & Communications et a fondé la Practice Digitale globale. Elle coordonne la relation avec plusieurs grands clients d’Egon Zehnder. Hélène est « core member » des Practices globales CEO Succession et Board Advisory et a participé à de nombreuses missions pour les Conseils d’Administration de sociétés en transformation, grands groupes du CAC 40 comme sociétés de portefeuilles de fonds d’investissement et venture capital. Hélène a mené nombre projets de conduite du changement en situation de rupture de business model, fusions et acquisitions, ou transformation digitale cross-sectorielle, culturelle et organisationnelle. Ces projets incluent également des successions de Présidents Directeurs Généraux, recrutement et coaching de dirigeants, développement de dynamiques d’équipes dirigeantes et du leadership individuel et collectif dans les organisations.

Avant de rejoindre Egon Zehnder, Hélène Reltgen fut Manager chez McKinsey & Co à Paris et préalablement Analyste Financier chez Morgan Stanley à Londres.

Hélène est diplômée de l’ESSEC (1990) et de la Harvard Business School (MBA 1995). Elle est également certifiée en différentes méthodes de coaching et développement personnel (Hogan, PF16, MBTI, Immmunity to Change, Moebius Green Belt…).

Jusqu’à 2019, Hélène a été Administrateur Indépendant de la société technologique cotée AlphaMOS où elle présidait le Comité de Nominations & Rémunérations. Elle est Administratrice ou membre actif de différentes associations dans le domaine du soutien de l’art (Comité Photographique du Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris, Cercle Georgio Strehler / Théâtre de l’Odéon) et est engagée dans la cause de la Diversité. Elle est Présidente d’Honneur du Harvard Business School Club de France.
