Kristen Burke, based in Atlanta, is a trusted talent advisor working at the intersection of people and technology. As a leader in Consumer Tech and the HR Function within the Technology & AI Practice, she partners closely with clients to identify and develop leaders who can navigate complex and technology-driven change. Kristen is passionate about and brings deep experience in transformational leadership and emerging technologies, and she believes the future isn’t just about tech, it’s about people who can harness it.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Kristen spent over a decade leading front-end innovation and product teams, most recently at Georgia-Pacific where she spearheaded IoT and digital experimentation. Earlier in her career, she worked in strategy consulting and began in sales, giving her a unique perspective on leadership. Kristen’s background enables her to move with urgency and partner effectively with clients to deliver meaningful results.
Kristen earned a BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and an MBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business. Outside of work, she loves snowboarding, exploring Atlanta’s food scene, wake surfing, going to the theatre, and traveling the world. She is on the board of the Alliance Theater and supports the NSORO Educational Foundation. Kristen believes in finding the light-hearted side of life because, although advisory is serious work, optimism makes the journey even more rewarding.
